Eliminating Hunger in America

In Arkansas alone, almost half a million people live in poverty and are at risk for hunger.  I have seen the struggle that many parents face in trying to provide food for their children on a daily basis.  Since an early age, I have had the chance to aid in the fight against hunger.  My parents have always instilled in my sisters and me the value of being a good steward of our community, and hunger was one of the first issues of which we were made aware.
